k70 lux rgb Open steam friends keybind

I want a keybind that open steam friend list.

With "Launch application settings" I set a target to:

G:\Steam\Steam.exe steam://open/friends/

But nothing happens.

I also tried:

• "G:\Steam\Steam.exe" steam://open/friends/
  But this will only open Steam and not the friend list.
  
• A shortcut with the target mentioned above and set the target with ICUE to the new shortcut, but it still won't work.
  

Any ideas?
