Default Question about GPU node

Hey Guys and Gals...if applicable,
Can someone answer a question about the GPU node?

I'm considering buying one, however it says it uses or needs two 8pin connectors... Does this mean you can only use GPU's that have 2 8 pin connectors or are dual 6 pin GPU's supported as well. And it just uses the 2 8pins for whatever reason?

I can't seem to find any documentation about it, and the video does not cover the GPU node.

Any explanation would be greatly appreciated.

I think you can use it will a single GPU power Video card but you have to hook up both 6 Pins to the unit. Let me test this today and I will get back to you this after noon.

Thanks RG, My GPU is a HD5870 that does require two 6 pin PCI cables and not the two 8 pin cables specified on the website.
