DavidAkers Posted July 31, 2014 Share Posted July 31, 2014 I have had my K70 and M95 for a few months now, and have been quite pleased with them, but recently I have had an issue where both my mouse and keyboard freeze. They are stuck in whatever key command is being executed. Sometimes they unfreeze in a couple of seconds, but ever once in a while, both loose their lights, and appear to reset. I have tried updating firmware a number of times, and have tried changing various USB ports in the back of the computer. There seems to be no correlation to what I am doing when it freezes, or how often. Please help! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

DavidAkers Posted August 1, 2014 Author Share Posted August 1, 2014 The key command comes from both the mouse and the keyboard. Ill try switching to BIOS mode now and we will see if that helps. I should further clarify, that the mouse will also remain in the previous command if one of the top buttons is pressed specifically. The main left mouse button in particular. Toasted Posted August 2, 2014 Share Posted August 2, 2014 Was there any changes to the computer? E.g. Windows update, you installed a new application, etc. If possible, try the mouse and keyboard on another computer and see if the problem still exists.
