Flashiota
I recently purchased a Corsair K95 RGB Platinum. Everything worked really well and I was happy with the upgrade. About a week after I recieved the keyboard the numbers on my number pad stopped working. the "/, *, -, + and enter" works fine, but the numbers and the comma doesn't work. The NumLock key works fine and the light indicator seems normal. Ive tried it with the light on and the light off. I have updated all the drives in CUE and nothing seems out of the ordinary on that end. The keyboard has been plugged into my computer since day 1 and has never been unplugged or moved. Does anyone have a solution or should I just RMA it? Thanks in advance!
Toasted
Try a soft reset. Unplug the keyboard, Hold the ESC key down while plugging the keyboard back in. Have yo tried the keyboard on another computer? Does Numlock work?

Toasted
Put in a support ticket with Corsair and see whether a hard reset resolves the issue. https://support.corsair.com/
outstrungone
Same as my number pad, Not working after few days of purchase. I've tried all the resets, drivers, uninstalling etc. But when i unplug and plug it back in and open a browser it spams all the keys that i cant use then after 10 seconds it stops and i still cant use them. Anyone got any suggestions?

Toasted
If you have not done so already, put in a support ticket with Corsair and see whether a hard reset resolves the problem. Otherwise, consider a replacement via your retailer. https://support.corsair.com/
outstrungone
Yeah i've done that just waiting for corsair to get back to me with an RMA. Why does it take 2 days to get an answer? I've already got a ticket open.
