Datsun2
I got a new Corsair Sabre RGB 10k DPI mouse about 2 months ago, and it was working fine until recently. Whenever I plug it into my laptop it gets an error saying USB Device not Recognized, The last USB device you connected to the computer malfunctioned. My headset still works just fine and other mice work fine too. I've uninstalled the USB drivers and restarted, Tried USB 3.0 and USB 2.0. I can't find anything that works, so I'm assuming its something within the mouse. Please help it's such a nice mouse.
Toasted
Can you try the mouse on another computer? Does it work fine?

Comet 1626864951
Since updating USB driver didn't work, have you tried reinstalling the latest firmware for your mouse?
Toasted
@Comet, I don't think CUE would detect the device if Windows cannot recognise it. I'm not sure if the Sabre has the ability to "reset" its firmware. But you can try unplugging the mouse, Hold down both the left and right click while plugging the mouse back in and see whether that does anything. If it doesn't, Put in a support ticket with Corsair and see whether a "hard reset" resolves your issue. https://corsair.secure.force.com/
