h50 on socket LGA 2011 Asus Rampage iV extreme

Im trying to build a new rig.

The problem I have run into is mounting the h50 cooler to my socket 2011 board. The brackets and backplate line up but the screws look to be too short.

Both Newegg(where i bought both parts) and the Corsair site list this cooler as compatible with socket LGA 2011.

So.... am I missing something??

You probably have the older bracket.

Rev.2 supports LGA2011
