The power supply is absolutely new Corsair AX860i Digital ATX 860 Watt ATX 2.31, bought yesterday. The problem is the following. When installing manually the fan in the power supply to any one of the values different from the "Default", for example "Custom" or "Fixed 40%", the speed of rotation as soon as the maximum and is not reduced, the temperature.
