Saving profile to onboard memory

Recommended Posts

Sure! Open the Corsair Utility Engine. At the very top left, click on "profiles". Below the "new" and "import/export profiles" you will se a box that has your current profile running (an arrow is in the box to the right where you can view and change your profile). to the right of the box is another box (with 3 horizontal lines). Click on it. The 4th item down the list is "save profile to device memory". Click and that's it. That will be the profile when your computer is started and when the Corsair Utility Engine is not running. You can only have one profile on your keyboard memory at a time. I would suggest a static one (not animated) and let the software load the advanced profiles. Good luck and let me know if this works for you.

Only background lighting is saved when you save profile to memory - no animation, no macros etc. The lack of keyboard assignments especially is surprising; the original (non-RGB) K95 was able to save those. Who knows, maybe later?
