TX750M Info

Hi! My motherboard has 8+4 pin connectors (I want to use them all since I got an i9 9900k) and my GPU is a RTX 2080 (one 8-Pin and one 6-Pin connectors). I've already ordered a TX750M but I'm not sure if it provides enough cables to connect all my hardware. Can someone clarify that for me?

Also, another thing. Looking at my config I thought a 750W is good, do you think I should have bought an 850W?

Thank you in advance.

The TX750M has the ports to add additional cables for the EPS, so the 8+4 can work, but it'll only come with a single 4+4 cable for the 8-pin. You'll need to purchase an additional cable to populate the remaining 4-pin.

In regards to overall power, the 2080 has a TDP of 215w and the 9900K at 95w (pre-overclock), you should be pretty good at 750W. Now if you were running OC and multiple cards, that's another story.

EDIT:

I got a big issue. I live in Italy and I can't buy the product from both the Italian and US Corsair websites, the American one only ships to US, the Italian one prompts me to "find a reseller" but finds none. I also checked every tech website and used search engines to find that cable, I checked for other type-3 cables as well, nothing.

What can I do? I didn't even open the PSU package, I just removed the nylon film over the package cause I couldn't read well the infos (i wanted to check which cables are provided) the seller seems to not want to accept my return, even if I ordered it one week ago. Dunno what to do, I really hope you guys can help me

You should be able to get it from our European website.

https://www.corsair.com/eu/en/Categories/Products/Accessories-%7C-Parts/PC-Components/Power-Supplies/Type-3-Flat-Black-Ribbon-Cable-EPS12v-ATX12v-4%2B4-pin%2C-Compatible-with-all-type-3-pin-out-PSU/p/CP-8920128

Then, you should be able to choose Italy as the shipping country at the checkout screen.

Yeah, for some reason earlier I was being redirected to the US website with translation in IT and not to the European one. Thank you!

Last thing, about the 750W being enough, I was worried because of the i9 power consumption

https://www.gamersnexus.net/images/media/2018/cpus/9900k/intel-9900k-soldered-power.png

I plan on keeping it stock for the moment, maybe some light OC in the future since i got the new h115i platinum!

To this I would add 240W of my factory overclocked 2080 gigabyte aorus (reference takes 215W if i'm not mistaken) I plan to keep a single card.

Tho I have nothing else drawing power from my pc, I have only mouse and keyboard as usb, and only m2 drive and ssd, some fans and the h115i.

I still think 750W should be enough right?
