Waiting for update on ticket #854732

Hello, I'm waiting for an update on ticket #854732.

 

Long story short I built a new PC and bought a set of Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB(2x8GB) 3000mhz CL15 on Newegg US and shipped to a family member. One of the RAM modules is defective (See ticket for troubleshooting steps I've taken). I've been approved for RMA but I live in Mexico, the RAM kit was brought to me by family members during a recent visit.

 

Shipping the RAM kit to the US is about 45 dollars by FedEx. Does Corsair have a RMA center in Mexico or offer prepaid shipping labels? Or am I just out of luck and have to pay the high shipping cost?
