W1NK
Hello all, Just did a small upgrade... running a ASUS Sabertooth 990FX r2.0 (BIOS updated) with an AMD FX 8320. My Corsair 8GB kit runs fine at 1600MHz (1.5v) but will cause BSOD's in Windows7 64. Prime starts to fail almost immediately running at 1866. Any thoughts on this? The kit ran fine at 1866 with my Asus Crosshair IV. Kit is CMZ8GX3M2A1866C9, 9-10-9-27. I've tinkered a bit with voltage (up to 1.7v), but still does not become stable. Thinking the Auto timings are causing problems. Anyways, thanks in advance.
W1NK
Well after some tinkering, I found out that the Auto timings were way off. Entered them manually and set them to 2T. PC boots fine and I can run Prime for hours with 0 errors.
