sampola Posted July 9, 2013 Share Posted July 9, 2013 Hi Guys I've recently got a new build done and I got the Corsair 650D. For some reason the RHS handle of the fifth HDD tray broke off as I was removing it from the cage. I am not sure why this happened I was not using excessive force as you can see with the other HDD trays not being broken. I There's another thread with a member that has encountered the same problem. I don't really know what to do. Do I have grounds to RMA? I would prefer not to have to travel back to where I got the case from (rather awkward considering it was done with mates giving me lifts etc) Could someone please help because I'm not to sure what I can do Sam :) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
peanutz94 Posted July 10, 2013 Share Posted July 10, 2013 Just use the link on the left to request an RMA for the case. Then in the comments section explain that you need just a replacement HDD cage.
