Default castor wheels/bearings

Hello. bearings on my tr1 race is falling apart.. again.
I have received a new pair of 5 from my retailer, but i have the same problem again, and i haven't used it yet. I can wiggle the bearings about 10mm!!!
Im not sure if it is the new version of castor wheels they sent me!!

I have tried to place a ticket. but corsair dosen't recognice my e-mail!!

Please help

Go to support.corsair.com and follow the instructions to create an account instead of claiming an account.

I'm also trying to create a ticket but there isn't the correct product family. How are customers expected to proceed when there are not even the correct options?!?
