Issue 1: DDR does not remember the iCue settings ("effects not saved to device") Example: Finish a game, full system should go back to Profile 1, but the DDR's decide to use another color pattern. (Green / blue mixed vs Blue profile only) Issue 2: iCue informs me that there is new firmware available but not able to download Where can I find the image (if it exists already?) Have you tried reseating the modules? Do you you have other devices and do they switch back to the normal profile once the game is exited? What game is it?
