An ex-gf, had gotten it for me, which wouldnt be ideal to contact to ask for a receipt they probably never kept. The issue I'm having with the headset is the connection seems to be cutting out intermittently (It never did that before and the receiver is where it has always been about 3ft from where I use the headset. AND the boom mic (which I never really used that much) flops down if i turn my head too quick. The unfortunate thing is I really havent used them much. But recently i started using somewhat on regular basis when I dont want to disturb others in the house. They still look brand new and I would hate to have to toss them in this condition.
