breezetix Posted August 6, 2018 Share Posted August 6, 2018 I have a problem with my M65 Pro mouse, I love the mouse and k70 lux rgb so much. I really want RGB on my keyboard. When iCUE is running, mouse side buttons stop working, and when its not running, it works. And when iCUE isnt running, it doesnt do RGB colors on my keyboard, because default u know? I need some help. Been googling googling googling for a long time. PS: I did not install iCUE. I downloaded iCUE on my friend's PC and copied the files and transferred to my usb flash drive because i cant install iCUE on my pc because it will freeze windows at 59% installing driver. I tried going to device manager, checked mice if they were enabled, they all are enabled. Help please! Maybe its the problem with CLink failing to locate, and Macro isnt working properly? Can i PLEASEEEE get some help here, for christ sake, Ive asked everywhere on the internet. Reddit, facebook, this forum, etc. No help at all. I cannot install the softwares, update the software, because my PC freezes when installing driver. Ive tried installing it many many many many many times, still same issues. INSTEAD, I downloaded the files from my friends PC and transferred to my PC, works, but problems with the mouse side buttons now, when iCUE is running. When it isn't, it works just fine and my k70 LUX RGB lighting is back to default, I dont want all reds. I want all rainbow. And have my side buttons working, or iCUE to be fixed, not freezing my PC while installing driver. "Installing Driver 59%" So when I tried updating the software, the new files are there, said it had missing DLLs, so I downloaded the dlls. Now iCUE isnt opening. When I ended the task, the lighting on my k70 LUX RGB is now frozen. the sniper button, dpi buttons and lighting on my m65 pro is also frozen. Ive tried the support ticket thing, said 2 business days, and that was a month ago. Please. help me. (my side buttons, also not working still, when lightings and stuff are frozen) PS. when I run the software, it stops being frozen. When i end the task, same freezing problems. When i try to click on the app icon, it wont open up some tiny menu, cursor buffering.
