speedster
One RAM module out of my 4x8GB Kit returns errors in Memtest86 :[pouts: How do i request an advance RMA for my memory as I can't afford any downtime at all :sigh!: - The machine is running on 24 GB instead of 32 atm as I removed the bad memory (it was failing to boot my system and lots of blue screens)
Wired
Fill out the RMA form on the left. Once that's done use Skype to call the toll free number on the website to contact Customer Care. They are the ones who can convert a standard RMA number to an Advanced RMA. They'll be open in 6 hours.
