Support Ticket

Let me start by saying that I love Corsair products and have many. I am however frustrated by a ticket system that says my ticket (6399197) will be responded to within 1 business day. It is now 3 business days later and nothing.

 

I finally found a phone number for tech support that routed me to voice mail (after holding for 10-15 minutes).

 

Issue is Windows crashed during a firmware update (via SSD Toolbox) and the drive is no longer recognized by the BIOS.
