thank_u
Wow, you saved me a lot of time. Thank you for this, this was my problem exactly. For anyone else, I saw this crop up after installing a new EVGA 1080 Ti card. I installed EVGA Precision XOC to adjust the RGB on the GPU, and then my H150i Pro did not show in Corsair Link. Thanks to the OP, I can now add my new 1080 Ti with my red theme.
DevBiker
Wow, you saved me a lot of time. Thank you for this, this was my problem exactly. For anyone else, I saw this crop up after installing a new EVGA 1080 Ti card. I installed EVGA Precision XOC to adjust the RGB on the GPU, and then my H150i Pro did not show in Corsair Link. Thanks to the OP, I can now add my new 1080 Ti with my red theme. It's in the Cooler FAQ (sticky in the "Cooling" section and linked in my sig). Also ... EVGA XOC has all kinds of issues with Link. From what's been reported by many users, it tries to take over the RGB functionality, prevents Link from accessing the cooler and actually causes the driver to crash.
