RMA not updated for over a week.

I sent my headset off for an RMA over a week ago with recorded delivery.

It has been signed for so I know it has already been delivered, however the RMA ticket has not been updated to say they have received the package at the returns place in Middlebrook, Bolton.

The last time I did this it took a few days to be sent back to me, and since this has taken longer, I would like an update on what is going on.

What can I do?
