PrinceWhatevere Posted October 21, 2015 Share Posted October 21, 2015 So my M65 mouse has been losing the functionality of its middle click since not long after I got it, and it's finally at the point where I want to RMA it. Thing is, it's got some cosmetic wear from being used up til now, the matte finish on the right click up to the palm area is worn away to where it's now just thh gloss plastic underneath. The question being; will corsair still RMA my mouse in this condition? Create a ticket at Corsair.force.com and we'll arrange a replacement for that mouse. Make sure to attach your invoice as well for faster processing.
