Nashara Posted January 28, 2015 Share Posted January 28, 2015 I've seen a couple of threads about this, but no solutions for my particular problem, since most people discovered it was not the RGB keyboard they were using. Basically, the CUE doesn't think my keyboard is there. I've used the CUE before with my M65 RGB mouse. Prior to posting here I have updated, and then uninstalled and re-installed the CUE software. But my K70 is not showing up in the program. I've seen suggestions for updating the firmware for the keyboard, but I have no idea how to go about that without the CUE. I've submitted a ticket with Corsair, but it can take up to 2 days for a response, so I was hoping someone here may be able to help me out. Thank you.
