Air 240 & Water Cooling Question

I just ordered the Air 240. I was wondering for those who watercooled their 240 if you could answer the following questions.

1. Is their any radiators to stay away from (some are a bit wider then others). I usually use Hardware Labs or Alphacool.

2. How thick can I go if I plan to put it in the front?

3. Whats max res I can fit in the case(50, 100, 150ml ,etc...) . I'll most likely put it in the back.
