CMX4GX3M2A1600C9 - Bad module, settings, or incompatibility?

I purchased a CMX4GX3M2A1600C9 memory kit (2 X 2 GB). Despite running it at 1333 MHz instead of 1600 MHz and the standard memory timings/voltages (1.65 V, 9-9-9-24), and also trying the XMS proifile, I will get random STOP errors in Windows 7 such as the following:

This was probably caused by the following module: ntoskrnl.exe (nt+0x70740)

Bugcheck code: 0xA (0xFFFFF680003416A8, 0x0, 0x0, 0xFFFFF80002ED52E2)

Error: IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

This was probably caused by the following module: ntoskrnl.exe (nt+0x70740)

Bugcheck code: 0x4E (0x2, 0xD8197, 0x21FFFF, 0x1)

Error: PFN_LIST_CORRUPT

This was probably caused by the following module: win32k.sys (win32k+0x33C9F)

Bugcheck code: 0x1A (0x41289, 0x7AE6001, 0x43A5, 0x72E6045)

Error: MEMORY_MANAGEMENT

I am currently using 2 X 2 GB of another brand's (which seems to get censored out) 1600 MHz RAM which works perfectly without STOP errors even though it has more aggressive memory timings by default (8-8-8-24). I know you shouldn't be mixing memory kits - all the crashes I'm describing are with only the Corsair modules installed by themselves. I used the Corsair modules for a span of about 8 weeks and the other RAM for about the same amount of time.

My system isn't and hasn't been overclocked at all to this point. Specs are Gigabyte P55A-UD3 rev. 1.0 with newest F11 BIOS, Intel Core i5-750, Windows 7 Pro 64 bit.

I have tried Prime95 and Memtest overnight but haven't been able to produce an error. I've sent the kit back to the store where I originally purchased the memory and they couldn't come up with anything either, though I don't know if I trust their testing.

Is this more likely to be a problem with a bad module, something in my settings, or it just not liking my motherboard? Before I sent it back to the store I was told by Corsair tech support to consider RMA, but now that the store couldn't find a problem either, is it worthwhile to have Corsair test it out? What would happen if your testing also didn't show any problems, would I just get the RAM sent back to me?

It's listed in the 9th row of the table in the link I posted earlier.

I also went to the page for the CMX4GX3M2A1600C9 (http://www2.corsair.com/configurator/memory_results.aspx?id=1077551) and the GA-P55A-UD3 is listed under "Below is the list of Motherboards in our system that are compatible with this memory module."

I'd be interested in RAM Guy's opinion on this problem.
