Thank you for the answer. Unfortunately, it means that the keyboard is now useless to many users of the XIM Apex. Most of them bought this keyboard only because of that. In the XIM forum are already complaints about this topic. It is a pity that Corsair does not seem to offer a solution for these customers and does not seem to be interested in it. Raz44 Posted December 10, 2018 Share Posted December 10, 2018 I regret updating to the new firmware. from time to time, when booting up, the keyboard doesn't register any keys onto the computer.
