Mappi75
Hello, tomorrow i receive a Workstation Notebook: HP ZBook 15 (F0U65ET) I want to buy 32GB RAM so i find this kit: CMSX16GX3M2B1600C9 http://www.corsair.com/en/memory-by-product-family/vengeance/vengeance-16gb-high-performance-laptop-memory-upgrade-kit-cmsx16gx3m2b1600c9.html The question is: will two kits of these run on the Zbook ? the second thing is: the SPD of this memory has a voltage of 1,5V but it will work with DDR3-1600 @CL9-9-9 only with 1,35V - right? the ZBook needs only LV memory with 1,35V is it not a problem when the SPD of this memory is 1,5V ? The memory finder have 3 different Hewlett-Packard ZBook 15 for example the F2P56UT#ABA, but its not my version: F0U65ET Or should i go the "save way" because of 32GB RAM and buy another DDR3-1600 CL 11 LV 1,35V memory ? peanutz94
There is no way to say if any two random kits are going to work together or not. All you can do is try it.
Mappi75
I ordered 4 16GB Kits: Four single rams have near the following serial number: like: xxx511 xxx512 xxx515 xxx516 the xxx numbers are identical. The Bios recognize the 32gb ram now i running some HP system tests from the Bios. I come back here after my first test - but it looks good! :)
Mappi75
Hi! The memory runs very good with the HP Zbook 15, All timings are correct and the SPD voltage of the corsair IS 1,35V and not 1,5V like the corsair webpage says.
