Physical Damage RAM still works 100%! why? DDR4 3200

Hi! first post!! ;) I have 2 DIMM's 16GB*2 LPX 3200 16 18 18 36 with missing resistors if thats what they are called, please see pic, but the ram still works 100%, passes memtest, prime95, real bench, etc. Corsair tech agent didnt know what these resistors do but said if they do cause problems then they can look into a replacement, perhaps anyone on this forum might know something about these resistors and if its safe or not safe to continue to use them.

Also my other issue is that I have a total of 128GB 16GB*8 with Asus Rampage 5 motherboard but I cannot run the ram at its full 3200mhz speed. I settled at 2666 13 14 14 33 T1 44x core and 40 cache and system pass all testing 100%. Anyone know how to get this much memory to run at 3200? Perhaps this motherboard cannot support this much ram at 3200, it works perfectly fine with 64gb @ 3200 and I dont think it would be the missing resistors on the 2 dimms preventing the ram to run at its full speed. Thanks!

For the resistors, I have not gotten a response back from the appropriate person.

For the speed, we can only guarantee you'd be able to reach that higher frequency while using 1 kit.

Thanks Art please let me know as soon as you do find out. I am using the ram in my system right now and seems everything is ok but when I touch the ram they do seem a bit warmer than the other dimms. But that could also be caused by temps from other components. Thanks!
