Corsair ST100 connection Problems

Hi all,

my stand Corsair ST100 has a anoying problem. It loeses from time to time the USB Connection and after 1 Second it connects back.

SO i cant Use my Void Pro USB Headset on it, cause its anyoing when it loses connections ingame.

I tried a lot. Complete Clean uninstall from ICUE and reinstall, try to delet drivers and reinstalled them (but i donw know exactly which driver are essencial for the ST100, and is it normal that it is in the Device Management that it only is there under mass storage USB?)

i switched also the USB slot, they all were directly on the Mainboard, but the problem stays.

In the System logs from ICUE a get a lot of these messages:

Has the ST100 a failure?

I also tried to force the FW but it doesnt help.

I need help on this what that could be and if i had to send it back.

A little Update. I tried over a lot of things to fix that problem but its still the same, from time to time the ST100 disconnects/ and reconnects. I now use my Void on my Keyboard.

i did a bios Update and checked the USB Settings for power options and deactivated them. But nothing happends.

The errors in the logs are still there and they are a lot.

Have the same problem, resigned to just plugging my Void Pro headset usb dongle into the PC directly and using the usb ports on the ST100 just to charge the headset. Otherwise it'll randomly disconnect all my usb devices, disconnecting me from the internet, making audio switch devices to my speakers and making the lighting effects reset on my corsair devices.

Very disappointing, happy with my other corsair devices though.

Update.

Corsair did a RMA on my ST100 and i got a new one aaaannndd, still same problem.

I CANT use it. It randomly disconnects a lot in a day. When im in a game and is reconnects all is lagging. Thats sucks.

Guys, pls that can not be youre support, doing an RMA and the **** goes on and i get no feedback. Come on, a gave you a lot of money for the hole devices i have from you.

Tell me what i can do, and pls dont come with answers like other PC or did u reinstalled ICUE or i explode.

Guys one question about the error. Do you handle the ST100 like a Mousemat? Can some pls give a feedback from corsair, and can he maybe do so as i understand a littebit of programming and IT components?

Guys please, can someone look at my Ticket #840205

I have the new Device and the error is still the same and the logs have thousands of entrys with errors. But the messages are confusing, cause when the st100 do not at the second a reconnect, it works for that time. So i dont understand, why the logs are full of error that it cant find the device. There must be something wrong in the software ICUE and it comes to a limit of errors or something which disconnects the device or something.

Please guys, i need help and a response from the service/ supprt. It is not nice to give no answer after the replacement.
