SoulStrider Posted September 4, 2017 Share Posted September 4, 2017 Hello, Recently I have been experiencing issues with the headset. A couple of days ago it was working fine but now I can't seem to get both the audio and the microphone working at the same time. They both appear in the windows audio devices. I can test the headset and it picks up the mic but as soon as I try to use both (TeamSpeak, discord or even try to listen to the microphone) the mic stops working. Within the windows audio mixer I can test the audio of the headset fine but if I swap to the recording tab to see if it's picking up my mic it stops working. If I disable and re-enable the mic it starts picking the mic up again. If I start teamspeak and bring up the capture settings and test my mic, if I leave it testing while I connect to a server then my headset stops working, it does not work. I have checked and I have the latest firmware and software for both the CUE and the Void HEadset. Thanks! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
