pfolsgrofb Posted September 19, 2017 Share Posted September 19, 2017 I just bought my corsair void today. I am trying to set it up and I have the sound coming through just fine. I have set the playback default to the headset itself. Sound works great! I opened up Teamspeak and I can not get the mic to register at all. I have set it to the default but no Mic. **edit** Now I have restarted my computer and I cannot get them to turn back on? Do I have a defective product? **edit** Finally got it to turn on. Toasted Posted September 22, 2017 Share Posted September 22, 2017 No, it should not require a lot of force to turn on. It is possible you may have a faulty headset. Contact your retailer and see whether they can replace the headset for you.
