I've opened a ticket with support, and I'm supposed to wait for a box so I can send it in ( that was on May 22nd). I'm curious if anyone knows what the size of fan at the top of the unit is and if there's a replacement part number I can use to search for a new one. Seems silly to send my unit in for a relatively cheap part. (and make sure it's not lost in transit .. damaged .. replaced with someone elses unit .. ).
