externo6 Posted May 8, 2012 Share Posted May 8, 2012 Hello ive submitted a RMA request but its been 5 days where I haven't had a reply. My case number is 4633456. The problem is the with USB ports, the pins have bent back when plugging in a USB stick, note i was extremely careful when doing this as the ports seem really stiff. Now though a more pressing matter, I felt the plastic where the USB and headphone ports are its quite warm, thinking that isnt normal, I pulled off the front panel and the board is actually burning. I have now disconnected the front panel over fears that it will explode on me or something :!: Any help would be gratefully appreciated. Id ring up Corsair themselves but there is no UK number.
