570X v2 Top Mount 280mm

hello

what does it mean by reading "tall RAM"? Is there enough room up top for a H110i?

i am still rocking the Z97 motherboard with some G Skill Sniper. I have this RAM cooler on just for looks currently. The new 570X case will have all LL RGB or ML RGB along with LED strips all around so this dual fan will not be making the migration. See images attached.

I want two 140s up top so everything looks "even". Can I add a H110i with LL140 fans in the 570X with my motherboard and RAM?

thanks in advance!

You can do two 140mm fans, but not with a radiator. The issue is width and as soon as you get more than 25mm from the top, you start to run into restrictions. The only people who have successfully stuffed a 280 cooler up top had to physically force it into place and did not bolt everything down. I would not recommend pursuing it. If you stack two 140mm fans on top each other, you can estimate the depth vs width issue. I think can see the issue quite clearly with the RAM cooler.

OK thank you. The pics I linked is the Fractal Define all my hardware currently occupies. Now building in the new 570X until I have all the parts I want- like the fans and Commander Pro.

That little G Skill RAM cooler is going in the pcparts bin. Wanted to show the RAM sticks I have atm.

that sucks. I would of loved the 280mm up top as an intake :(

wonder if Corsair will put out a version 3 that is a few mm higher...
