Connell
I've just acquired a 750D and it's easily the nicest case I've ever owned, but one of the clips that hold the front panel in place doesn't seem to do it's job. After a quick search, it looks like this is a fairly common issue, so I was wandering if anyone had experienced it and has any ideas of how to fix it? I've already tried speaking with a customer service rep and their suggestion was to buy a new fascia, which I can't afford. Thank you in advance for any help. Connell
Did you damage the clip or did it come to you not working properly? Thanks for your response. It came to me not working, but I bought it second hand as my budget is very tight. According to the previous owner, it just stopped clipping in. It doesn't have any noticeable damage, but it just doesn't click into place like it should.
Corsair Employee Corsair Dustin Posted November 25, 2015 Corsair Employee Share Posted November 25, 2015 Erg, that's kind of a bind. Since you bought it secondhand it may not necessarily be covered under warranty. Let me see what we can do.
Connell
I'm so impressed by the standard of customer service you guys offer. I made a post asking if anyone knew how to fix a clip and now I'm having an entire new fascia sent out free of charge! Thank you for your help Dustin.
