arturmdias Posted January 28, 2014 Share Posted January 28, 2014 I bought a Corsair M40 about three months ago and it worked just fine, until today. This morning i turned my pc on and the m40 didn't light up, and also didn't work. I tried switching USB ports and nothing happened. Tried using it in another pc and didn't work as well. And last, i tried reinstalling the driver, but the Corsair program keeps asking me to "please plug your mouse to a usb port". Since this mouse is brand new, i'm very disappointed and i really don't know what to do. I tried "asking a question" to the Corsair support but when i put the part number, it can't find any item, so i can't continue the process. :mad: Wish any of you guys here at the forum could please help me. As i said, when trying to submit a RMA they ask me to select the part number of the product in a list, but the m40 (CH9000041) doesn't appear there, so i can't move on.
