backslashV
Hello, When I received my corsair one a few days ago I immediately clean installed windows 10 and wiped all the recovery partitions. Little did I know that Corsair uses a special windows 10 build for this PC. Now I am unable to install the corsair link software as it keeps telling me it is incompatible with this system even though it was downloaded from the corsair one webpage. I am also facing various problems with Bluetooth-connected devices like jittery mouse and crackling speaker. I was wondering if there is any way I can download this specific build and reinstall windows to get rid of these problems. Thanks
solrac13
Hi I don't have my system as it has been order 10 ago so not sure if I'm right hoping some one here will answerer you There should be a hidden factory partition I assume you have to restart your pc and press F8 and he will ask you to reinstall from an specifique image, then you choose the hidden partition and that image should have Corsairs software For Bluetooth drivers you can download them from Corsair.com webpage May I ask you what corsair system you got? backslashV
I believe all partitions show up when you boot from the windows installation USB. That's where I erased all partitions. Ya I downloaded the bluetooth drivers from corsair's website. The issue I reported is with this driver. I have the 480GB/2TB version with GTX 1080. solrac13
Are you sure you erased the reserved partition? You can doble chek by restart F8 and see if you can see the hidden partition What I'm wandering how did you install windows 10 as you don't have windows Key that came with it as usually that key is hidden on the bios By the way how are your temps as there has been some reports that say CPU running HOt thanks I'm curios For Corsair Link software maybe best thing to do is to create a ticket under support and if you find a solution please report back as other users may be in the need as well thanks
backslashV
Yea I just double checked. The f8 recovery mode doesn't have the option to revert back to stock. As for Windows activation, once you log in with your Microsoft account, a digital license will be tied to your account so you don't need any actual keys to reactivate Windows. Open hardware monitor is not reporting cpu temps. I have opened a ticket but they haven't got back to me yet.
solrac13
OMG Try https://www.techpowerup.com/download/techpowerup-real-temp/ Real temps software and do a stress test with Prime 95 And report back
backslashV
This is not a thread for cpu temps. Please create your own.

red-ray
The output from dism /online /get-drivers /format:table | find "Corsair" or dism /online /get-drivers /format:table from a Corsair One system may help. The commands need to be issued from an admin command window and for find to work UAC needs to be disabled. On my system I get as below and I am wondering is there will be a LED driver. I guess the LED driver may be an MSI driver.
