joop Posted September 14, 2009 Share Posted September 14, 2009 Hi all. I'am running a Intel q6600 on a asus P5Q. Before installing the system in my d800 the system was in a antec300 case. Using the asus suite monitoring utility that came with the motherboard the system temp never rose above 35C. When i've installed the system in the d800 this rises to round 50C or so. I've installed three scythe gentle typhoon's at the top of the case pulling air out and also have a hydro h50 cpu cooler with the fan drawing air into the case. Can anyone give me advise on fan configuration? Would it help installing a further three gentle typhoons at the bottom of the case pushing air up?
