Jaorocha
I bought a computer with two modules hx3x12g1333c9 installed, but an AMD system with an ECS 790gxm-ad3 + phenom II 965 c3 and am having problems on boot (3 beeps long, which is related to memory in my bios) and occasionally the pc starts, but if I restart it the problem returns. I am researching before returning the computer to the vendor and found that this memory is made for x-58 platform from Intel, swapping the memory modules with ones that are compatible will fix the problem? Which corsairs are optimal for the amd plataform? Thank you and sorry for the terrible English. Also, cpu-z doesnt show the spd tab for the ram
trackrat
Yes the hx3x12g1333c9 is a triple channel Intel i7 9xx series RAM kit. All of the Corsair RAM listed at the link below is compatible with Phenom II CPUs. http://www.corsair.com/products/phenomii/default.aspx
