The software detect only my keyboard (K70 Rapidfire) but not my AIO. So after a lot of research i found that the driver is missing in my Device Manager, i can't find it. Can you help me ? The micro-usb is connected to my USB2.0 Panel and i tried to plug another wire to the back of my motherboard but nothing change. Ok, seeing as I am uniquely qualified to respond to this lets see if I can nail all the "troubleshooting steps" people will throw your way. Remove ICue using [insert software here] and do a completely clean install of that. Plug it into the back...oh you did. RTFM....seems to be par for the course for some people. Plug it directly to the board not a hub like the CoPro....but this you have done so I wouldn't heed people who say this. Reinstall your OS completely as ANY LITTLE DRIVER UPDATE you should do this according to some people....not going to dignify this suggestion. Hope and pray that the software will be fixed sometime before the next century....so far the fixes for certain things have been...well lacking and are indicative that this option is likely going to take longer than that at this rate. Now, heres my suggestion. Do the research on the laws in your area. Specifically regarding "Item Merchantability" (I will append NY states, I think didn't feel like looking, information about this). Oh and my money is on the cooler itself being DOA, so I would go to the retailer if local and get another if able, or RMA it with Corsair and hope you get a working unit. Now, to go another direction, when it is working it's a treat. Here's NYS regarding Item Merchantability. " 2-314. Implied Warranty: Merchantability; Usage of Trade. (1) Unless excluded or modified (Section 2-316), a warranty that the goods shall be merchantable is implied in a contract for their sale if the seller is a merchant with respect to goods of that kind. Under this section the serving for value of food or drink to be consumed either on the premises or elsewhere is a sale. (2) Goods to be merchantable must be at least such as (a) pass without objection in the trade under the contract description; and (b) in the case of fungible goods, are of fair average quality within the description; and © are fit for the ordinary purposes for which such goods are used; and (d) run, within the variations permitted by the agreement, of even kind, quality and quantity within each unit and among all units involved; and (e) are adequately contained, packaged, and labeled as the agreement may require; and (f) conform to the promise or affirmations of fact made on the container or label if any. (3) Unless excluded or modified (Section 2-316) other implied warranties may arise from course of dealing or usage of trade. " Good luck.

DevBiker
So ... the Platinum coolers don't use the USBXp Driver. They'll appear as just another USB Device. The best thing to do to verify is to download USBDeView from https://www.nirsoft.net/utils/usb_devices_view.html and check there. From there, make sure that you update your drivers and disable Windows Fast Startup - see https://www.windowscentral.com/how-disable-windows-10-fast-startup
