How do i set the harpoon mouse macro?

Hello! I would like to know how do I configure the macro of my mouse as follows:

Turn on the right mouse button and turn off on any key, my focus is to make the right button of it as if it were an auto click only with 40ms of delay and that it has no limit to stop
