Vengeance PRO RGB - LED activation values

I have some issues with dim lighting, it's simple:

On full software control:

Blue starts lighting from value 1

Green starts lighting from value 1

But Red starts lighting from value 3... 1 and 2 is black for red

On hardware control:

Blue starts lighting from value 2

Green starts lighting from value 2

But Red starts lighting from value 4... 1, 2 and 3 is black for red
