I'm trying to create a ticket and not only my exact model doesn't appear, it also later requires data that right there says its optional. I'm fecking going nuts for sthg that should be easy as hell. Anyone with a tip of how to create it? I was capable after multiple attemps to do it with a ticket for my RAM, but in the case of my keyboard is becoming almost imposible.
