Default Corsair T1 RACE Gaming chair quality concern

Hello everyone,
It has come to our attention that a small number of CORSAIR T1 RACE gaming chairs may have shipped to customers with a manufacturing defect in the nylon caster wheels. The issue only affects chairs manufactured in lot codes 1715 or lower. The issue presents as the nylon caster wheels requiring large amounts of force to insert wheels into the chair base or loose bearings in the caster wheels, which can result in wheels detaching.

We take product quality extremely seriously at CORSAIR and are acting immediately to resolve this issue, for both existing and future customers of T1 RACE. To identify if your T1 RACE is affected, please refer to the serial sticker on the packaging – the number above CF-901000X-WW is the lot code – if your lot code is 1715 or lower, please contact us at to receive your replacement wheel pack.

For future customers of the T1 RACE with lot codes 1715 or lower, you will receive the packaged chair and a set of boxed replacement casters with the SKU CF-8910002. When assembling your chair, please be sure to use the boxed casters, and not those included in the main T1 RACE package. This ONLY affects lot codes 1715 or lower, so if your chair does not ship with a box of separate caster wheels, assembly is as standard with the casters in the main box.

We’re committed to delivering great products to our customers , and the T1 RACE is no exception. We hope to have this matter resolved quickly, so that affected customers can return to playing in comfort and quality as soon as possible.

Thank you.
