Corsair 200R Discontinued?

I've heard rumors that the 200R case has been discontinued, however I don't see any indication of such on Corsair's website. Can anyone verify whether or not this is true?

I had read elsewhere it was discontinued. Just in case it is verified on the main Corsair website, I had checked with my local computer parts store a few days ago, and was able to purchase it for $59.00 plus tax. Came out to $65.00. I am seriously considering purchasing another one. Supplies will be running low.

$65 from a local store? That's pretty reasonable. In terms of price, major online retailers like Amazon and Newegg usually run circles around local computer stores.

 

Newegg still appears to have many in stock. Just for kicks, I added the maximum of 300 cases to my cart and it would have allowed me to order it. Hopefully it was just a rumor and nothing more than that.

 

I've read that the Corsair 200R is one of the best selling cases. If they do discontinue it (all good things must come to an end, as the saying goes), hopefully it's replaced with something that carries on the same quality in terms of looks, price, practicality, etc.

Before I had checked with my local store I had checked with Micro Center, which btw they still have for $54.99. I live in San Francisco but was willing to pay to have it shipped here from the Los Angeles area.

I still have my original Antec 1080 case. It has held up after many upgrades.

Who needs floppy drive bays nowadays lol
