Soulight
Tried Re-installing Cue, at least 4 different builds. Restarted my PC and cleaned it after every try. All i found on the forums are some windows 7 driver fixes. My windows recognise the mouse as the M65 but i think i got some missing drivers still and i don't know where to find them. Corsair Employees Corsair Nick Posted September 28, 2017 Corsair Employees Share Posted September 28, 2017 There should be a "Corsair Composite Virtual Input Device" listed under your device manager, but it's not in your photos. Try running the repair tool in the CUE Uninstaller, and this should resolve the issue. Also, make sure all the Windows updates have been performed. Soulight
I found the issue. Windows 10 doesn't recognize this bus. Automatic update didn't work on that. and i tried plugging the USB into all of the available USB slots. the device instance path is all weird as well: and all other settings are wrong as well Is it something with updating windows? or is it with Cue? Toasted
Try manually installing the Corsair Bus drivers via Device Manager. It can be found in the install folder under drivers/hid. e.g. C:\Program Files (x86)\Corsair\Corsair Utility Engine\driver\hid The virtual driver is also located in that folder as well. Toasted
If you have not done so already, you will want to submit a support ticket with Corsair. https://support.corsair.com/ Not exactly sure on what's causing the error, but you can run a System file check under admin in CMD and see whether that helps. SFC /SCANNOW
darkhunt333
I have the M65 and have this exact problem after the latest CUE update. Closing the application allows the use of the side buttons again.

SejdaTheKing
Don't know if you found a fix yet, but here is what worked for me. The problem I had was everytime I launched a game in fullscreen, the side buttons on my m65 pro rgb wouldn't register. So what I did to try and fix it is make a custom profile for Overwatch and make that profile active when the game is turned on. Huzzah! It somehow fixed all the problems I had with my mouse.
