P-3 128 dead RMA time I think

My P3-128 crashed my computer and refused to boot I now have the blue screen

 

In Parted magic it showed a yellow caution like thing next to the drive so I decided to delete the partition then started new again reformatted it everything look good so I started a new Win 7 install at first it showed the P3-128 so I formatted it again to be sure and started the install then windows refused to install on it I had some notice but don't remember what it said. Rebooted tried again same results only it shows no drives at all. Back to Parted magic now parted magic doesn't see it.

 

Well it sees it but cant do any thing with it nothing works

 

I think its DEAD?

i would recommend going to that manufacturers website to ask this question

Yes I have but decided to post here anyway to see how common this may be

 

I always had a weird problem with it on my main computer it had a strange problem with the sound card making clicking noise so I changed it into my Laptop it has had a instant reboot problem in the Laptop but it has never crashed this bad before the blue screen has never happened before.

 

And now its DEAD
