hazy261 Posted January 13, 2015 Share Posted January 13, 2015 Hey, I am having trouble connecting to the web interface, i have tried the Static Ip 192.168.77.1 and have also tried the Ip Address the Router have giving the device 192.168.1.2 but when i try to connect using firefox i get "the connectikon has timed out" I Can see the drive on the network and put stuff on it i just carnt seem to connect to the web interface Thanks in Advance Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Toasted Posted January 13, 2015 Share Posted January 13, 2015 If you connect a device directly to the Voyager Air (via WiFi), use 192.168.77.1. If it's connected to a router, use the IP that is assigned to the device. Double check the IP address assigned to the drive and try a different browser and see if you can access the page.
