tarnationsauce2
I changed my "lift height" on M60 setting to Low and my mouse would no longer move at any DPI or on any surface I tries. So I used another mouse (Corsair software didn't allow keyboard navigation). I tried Mid-Low and it is really jumpy and cuts out a lot. Middle and up seems to work fine. Is my mouse defective? Is it a software bug?
ApokalipseMeow
If you set the cutoff low, the sensor needs to be positioned low in order to activate. The mouse feet and casing have some height. So if your cutoff is lower than this height, it won't activate. The solution? basically just don't set your cutoff too low. tarnationsauce2
Of course, but the Corsair software should have some way of allowing you to cancel the adjustment if you killed the mouse. For example ESC to cancel and revert, or allow keyboard navigation. Otherwise it requires another mouse to fix.
