Great headset but the mic is now damaged and I think it is the wiring as apparently there is a lot of crackling coming from them when I speak. I also tested this and it is true, and when I move it becomes worse. I am in the UK and cannot seem to find a number to ring. I have sent an RMA request but no response after 48 hours.
