Samsung have started to produce 20nm DDR3 RAM

Use Corsair 20 nm, 30 nm or 50 nm memory technology?

I know of no plans at this time to adopt this new technology AFIK current DRAM being used is 30-40 NM but we always test new IC's so if they have good performance and the price is affordable we may do something in the future but nothing has been announced that I am aware of.

That's also server memory, which Corsair doesn't make.
